Volunteer Form


If you are interested in volunteering at the Buffalo Dream Center, please submit the following information and someone will contact you.


Please understand that if you would like to volunteer at Kidz Club or Urban Impact Youth that you will be required to fill out an application form with references, and you must agree to a background check for the protection of the minors attending our programs.
