Instructions:
The first person on each team puts one end of the bat on the ground, and they bend over and touch the top end to their fore head. On “go” they spin around five times. Then they drop to the bat and run to the other end of the room and back. Everybody takes a turn. The first team done wins.
* You can add a variation by making the players jump rope or do jumping jacks once they have reached the back of the room.
