Props:
2 teams of 8 (16 total)
2 shopping carts, 4 hockey sticks, duct tape, 2 pieces of rope or twine
Instructions:
start and finish line taped on the ground
Shopping carts at start lines
Twine tied to end of the cart (long enough to reach from start line to finish line)
On”GO”, teams are to crowd as many of their players inside their cart as possible and push their cart to the other end of the room, unload and start over. The team with all or most of their players across the room first, wins.
Players cannot touch the ground between the start and finish line or they are out.
Players can only use the hockey sticks on the ground to push and guide their cart along.
Players must use the twine to pull back their cart – hockey sticks should be inside the cart when it goes back.
