Swivel Chair Relay

6 players from each team (they should be in partners-one chair pushers, one sitting in the chair) Instructions:
Set up the obstacle coarse. Choose the players from each team. Decide who is going to be the pusher and who is going to be the one in the chair. Have the teams line up at the starting line. Assign a helper at the line to help with the blindfolds. Blindfold the first person who will push the chair around the obstacles without hitting anything. The second person sits on the chair and is not blindfolded. They need to direct the person with ""Right, left or straight...etc."" The person on the chair may NOT put their feet on the floor at any time, or help move the chair. On “go” start the race. The team needs to go through the obstacle coarse and then can come back in a straight line. The helper helps the next person to be blindfolded, and then they go. The first team done wins. The person in charge of the game can slightly alter the obstacle coarse throughout the game to make it more interesting. |
