Music
8 Buckets (KFC buckets work well)


Instructions:

Every player puts a bucket or hat on his or her head except for one. Start the Music. When the music stops the player without a bucket/hat is out, and they must sit down. Take away one hat. Play again. Continue until there is just one person left. That person is the winner
