-So far we have learned all the different ways we can praise the Lord
-We have learned why it is so important to praise the Lord
-We have learned how to tune into God so He can speak to us
-There is something else that is important for us to be able to do
-We need to speak praises to the Lord
-Just like I am talking to you we know we can talk to God
-What can we talk to God about?
-Problems we are having
-Things we need help with
-Things we are thankful for
We Need to Speak Praises To The Lord
-Another important way to praise the Lord is with our words
-God want us to praise Him with our words
-Sometimes during worship you may have heard someone say “Let’s tell God how much we love Him right now – Let’s worship God in our own words”
-What are some praise we could speak to the Lord?
-Jesus I love you
-You are so great
-Jesus – thank you died for me
-Thank you for ---------
-Jesus You are my best friend
-I will worship you forever
-Jesus – your are everything to me
-You are so awesome
-Jesus you rule
-You are the King of Kings
When should you speak praises to the Lord?
-All the time
-Any time
-Lots
-God loves to hear us praise Him. He wants us to do it lots.
Conclusion:
-Have a praise practice with your mouth – That means when I count to three we are all going to praise the Lord with Words as loud as we can
Have a praise practice with actions – When I count to three we are going to praise the Lord with actions (clapping, dancing, leaping, jumping)
