Discussion:
-The teacher will pick up the telephone and order a pizza.
-After the illustration she will ask the children questions like:
-How do you know when you order pizza it will actually come?
-[How do you know you won’t get Chinese food instead?
Faith is like this. You trust that you are going to get what you asked for when you order pizza. Faith is trusting God’s Word. You are completely convinced that God will do exactly what the Bible says He will do. If you have a mountain standing in your way all you have to do is trust God’s Word.
-Jesus used His faith to move some mountains that stood in His way.
-Walked on water
-Fed the 5,000
-Calmed the storm
-Raised Lazarus from the dead
-Turned water into wine
-You could arrange for someone to deliver a pizza later in the class.
