Let every detail of your lives-words, actions, whatever-be done in the name of the Master, Jesus
-Jesus wants our actions to make him happy
Skit – Fight Between Emilie and Victoria
Victoria and Emilie should loudly start to have a disagreement. It should be mostly talking, a little shoving is okay.
Miss Michelle – Girls, would you stop. I am trying to teach the lesson and you are interrupting. It is embarrassing – you my kids. You are supposed to behave and set an example a Kidz Club.
Victoria and Emilie interrupt and begin arguing
Miss Michelle – Stop it!!!! Girls – Are you Christians? Have you decided to live for Jesus? Living for Jesus isn’t just about going to Kidz Club and saying you’re a Christian. It’s about acting like Christians. Jesus wants our actions to make Him Happy. That is what I am going to teach about today. Now sit down and smarten up!!

Making Choices
You need:
(Hold up money)
-Who would like this money?
-What would you do with it?
-If you had this money you would have to make a choice as to what you would do with it.
-Everyday of our life we face choices
-What to eat for breakfast?
-What to wear to school?
-What to do when we get home from school?
-We especially face choices that have to do with our actions.
-Who are we going to hang around?
-Are we going to curse when we are mad?
-What we will say when we disagree with our teacher or parents?
-Are we going to beat up the kid everyone always picks on?
-Will you be honest and pay for the candy at the store?
-Will you do your homework and your chores?
-What are you going to watch on TV, and what kind of music are you going to listen to?
-Jesus is interested in everything about our lives. Jesus is interested in the choices we make. Jesus is interested in our actions
Object Lesson:
Jesus wants us to live holy
You need:
1 pair of pants with holes cut in them
Pre-planned volunteer
-The Bible teaches us that we need to live holy.
-This might sound strange to some of you. Let me explain what it means.
(Eric should interrupt while putting on “Holy” pants. He should “explain” what holey means.)
-Pastor Eric –you’ve got it all wrong.
-Holy means
-To be separate from sin
-To be pure from evil actions
-To be against bad actions
Jesus wants us to stay pure from evil. Jesus wants us to separate ourselves from sin. Jesus wants us to be against bad actions.
Conclusion:
-When we decide they are going to live for Jesus, Jesus wants all of us.
-Jesus is interested in our actions
-Jesus wants us to separate ourselves from sin and everything that is evil.
-Jesus wants us to make good choices about the things we do.
