Introduction: Jesus' love should bubble over in our lives
-Jesus wants His love to be bubbling out of your life into others.
-How can this happen?
-First you must have Jesus in you. You must have asked Jesus to come into your heart and forgive you of all your sins. (Hold up the bubble solution) This bottle represents a life, which is full of Jesus-one whose sins are forgiven.

-Now that we have Jesus in out hearts, God wants us to share that with others.
-If we just keep it to ourselves, were not doing our parts. Just like if I did not blow bubbles with this, it would not be doing what it was made to do.
-You and I are made to share Jesus with others just like this bubble solution and wand are made for blowing bubbles.

-How can I do that?
-You could tell a friend at school about Jesus (Blow a bubble)
-You could invite someone to church. (Blow a bubble).
-Did you know that giving is one of the best ways to show others God's love? (Blow a bunch of bubbles)
-You can give a present to a friend
-Give cookies to a neighbor
-Give time by helping someone with something
-Give in the offering at church.

Everything We Do and Say Should Point To Jesus
-Everything we do and say should guide others to Jesus.
-I have here a golf ball, and we are going to let it represent a person who needs to get into
heaven.
-The can is going to represent heaven.
-This club is going to represent us.
-The object of golf is to hit the ball into the hole using a golf club.
-If you hit the ball wrong, it does not go into the hole.
-You keep trying until it gets there. (Set up a 5 foot putt)
-I am going to try to guide this ball into the hole. (Try it, if you make it cheer. If you miss, say oops Guess Ill try again.)
-We should be trying to guide people into heaven, and one way we do that is by what we say.
-If our friends hear us talking about how important it is to love Jesus and invite Him into our hearts, they'll be hearing about how to get to heaven, and that's good!
-If they hear us using bad words and see us doing wrong things, we're not guiding them toward heaven, and they may not get there.
-We teach others by our words.
-Let's check over what we are saying and make sure we are pointing toward
-Heaven. (Have a few kids try hitting the ball into the can)

The Story of Jonah (Tell the story- see if you can find a picture of Jonah and/or a whale)
-There was a city called Nineveh.
-The people in Nineveh did not serve God. They were doing all kinds of bad things.
-God told Jonah it was his job to go and preach to Nineveh.
-Jonah was scared to so at first he disobeyed God.
-Jonah ran away on to a ship.
-While the ship was at sea a bad storm came. Everyone got scared and was trying to figure out why there was such a bad storm.
-Jonah thought the storm was his fault because he disobeyed God.
-The people on the ship threw Jonah overboard into the ocean when they found out what Jonah had done.
-Suddenly a big fish swallowed Jonah up.
-It was smelly and gooey inside the fish.
-Jonah lived inside the fish for 3 day and 3 nights.
-Jonah asked God to forgive him for being disobedient. He told God he would go to Nineveh.
-On the third day the big fish spit Jonah out near the shore.
-God told Jonah to go to Nineveh.
-This time Jonah did what God said.
-All the people of Nineveh decided to serve God and asked God to forgive their sins.

Conclusion
-It is important for us to obey God even when we are afraid to do it.
-If we pray and ask God for His help He will give us help to do what He has asked us.
-Have all the kid's think about 1 friend that doesn't know Jesus.
-Encourage the kid's to think about ways to share about Jesus with their friend.
-Pray with the kid's for their friend and that God would give them boldness to tell their friend about Jesus
