The Greatest Present in the World
-The Bible also teaches us in the same verse about the greatest present in the world
-What would be the greatest present in the world for you this Christmas?
-The Bible teaches us about the gift of God
-The Bible says that God's gift is Eternal life.
-Sin causes death
-When we decide to give Jesus all of our life and live for Him we get God’s gift of Eternal life.
-Pastor Eric - what do you think having Eternal life means?
-Eternal life means when we leave Earth we get to go and live with God forever in heaven.
-Another part of God's gift is that he forgives us for all our sin so we aren't trapped in our sin anymore.
Conclusion:
Maybe there are some boys and girls here today that have never decided to live for Jesus and you have never received God's gift to you-you get all kinds of gifts on your birthday and Christmas but you have never gotten God's Gift yet.
Boys and girls, you can get and early Christmas present - today if you want to you can receive God's gift for you. There is one responsibility with God's gift - You must decide to live for Him.
